Faodaidh sibh Gaelcast #14 fhaighinn an seo. (Click here to download our fourteenth program.)

Mu dheireadh thall! Eadar trioblaidean coimpiutaireachd agus laithean trang, tha sinn air an ath-phrògram a chur ri chèile. Nach gabh sibh ar leisgeul nach eil an ceòl àbhaisteach ann aig toiseach a’ phrògram, oir chan eil na h-uidheaman aig Ed buileach ceart fhathast – agus mar sin, tha sinn a’ bruidhinn bho thoiseach gu deireadh. Ach chan e Liam is Micheal a chluinneas sibh fad an t-siubhail, ged-tha! Anns a’ chiad phàirt dhe’n phrògram, tha sinn a’ bruidhinn ri Ceit Herr a tha stiùireadh a’ chomuinn SGEIR (Scottish Gaelic Enthusiasts in Richmond) agus a chur deireadh-sheachdain tumaidh ri chèile a ghabh àite o chionn seachdain. Tha sinn a’ faighinn a-mach ciamar thèid iomairt mar sin a chur ri chèile, agus de a’ bhuannachd a tha tighinn an lùib rudeigin mar deireadh-sheachdain tumaidh.

Finally! Between computer problems and busy days, we have put a new program together. Please excuse the fact that there is no music at the start of the program, but Ed’s studio equipment is not completely back in order, so we’ll be giving you talk from the beginning to the end. But It’s not Liam and Michael you’ll be hearing for the whole time! In the first part of the program, we talk to Ceit Herr who leads the group SGEIR (Scottish Gaelic Enthusiasts in Richmond) and who put a weekend retreat together that took place last weekend. We find out how this kind of event is put together, and what sort of benefit it provides.

Agus anns an darna leth dhe’n phrògram, bidh sinn ag èisdeachd ri Calum MacFhearghuis agus rudan ceangailte ris agus ris a’ Ghaidhlig nuair a bha e òg. Tha e an còmhnaidh tlachdmhor a bhith ag èisdeachd ri Calum, agus tha sinn cinnteach gun aontaich sibh leinn nuair a gheibh sibh gu deireadh a’ phrògram. Agus an ath-thuras, bidh sinn air ais le tuilleadh còmhradh, cabadaich, agus ceòl, le siostam ùr aig Ed agus cuspairean ùr’ againn!

And, in the second part of the program, we listen to Calum Ferguson, his youth and Gaelic. It’s always enjoyable listening to Calum, and we’re sure you’ll agree when you get to the end of the program. Next time, we’ll be back with conversation, chatting and music, with Ed’s new system and our new topics!
